THE BOYS ARE BACK IN TOWN FOR POWER SERIES AT KILLARNEY
The 2020 regional Power Series presented by Wingfield Motors gets underway at Killarney International Raceway on Saturday 7 March with Round 1, themed as Power Series: Cancer Awareness.
Show your support for cancer survivors by having your hair shaved or sprayed – or even donating your hair, if it’s long enough, to make wigs for chemotherapy patients.
There will be races for the Mikes Place Clubmans, Cheaper Cars GTI Challenge, V8 Masters and Makita Supercars, Millstock Cars Classics and Bejo Trustees Fine Cars, Sports and GT Cars, and Formula Libre Single Seaters, as well as RST Suzuki South Superbikes, RST Trac Mac Clubmans and RST Trac Mac Powersport Bikes.
Don’t forget, there’s live coverage of the day’s racing on screen at the Clubhouse and New Pits Lounge, children’s play areas at the Clubhouse and the New Pits, a Mom’s Lounge at the Clubhouse, and a free Hyundai shuttle to save you from walking to and from your favourite viewpoints around the circuit.
Entry is R80 for adults (free for Western Province Motor Club members on presentation of your membership booklet), R20 for scholars under 16 and free for children under 12.
